Founder, Gary Rack, is passionate about creating spaces where families can come together and enjoy exceptional food and wine. Ensuring that all staff members understand the importance of hard work, dedication, and integrity, Gary set out to create a group of restaurants that would transform traditional neighborhood dining and give guests an unprecedented experience.
Having won Chopped eight times and making many appearances on the Food Network and various other TV cooking shows, Demetrio Zavala is a culinary force to be reckoned with. Originally from the D.C. restaurant industry, with experience working under famous chefs in New York, he has started focusing more on farm-to-table, and now grows his own vegetables that he uses in his award-winning recipes.
